The Accommodation
As you enter
There is a walled gated area with garden furniture for sitting out / barbecues in front of the house. The front door opens into a Hall / Dining Room with table and chairs to seat 6/8 people plus a high chair for baby. A bookcase holds a variety of games and puzzles.
Sitting Room
The large Sitting Room which has patio doors opening back onto the sitting out area is comfortably furnished. There is ‘FreeSat’ satellite television, a DVD player and music centre – and books, maps and yet more games.
Kitchen
The Kitchen incorporates a tall fridge freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave and a dishwasher.
Cloakroom
The roomy downstairs Cloakroom has a toilet and wash basin and a washing machine.
The Bedrooms
Upstairs there are three Double Bedrooms, two with standard size double beds, and one with one three-foot single bed and two bunks, also full size. A travel cot is provided.

Bathroom
The Bathroom has a bath, toilet, washbasin, and electric shower. It has a fan heater and heated towel rail
All the windows are double glazed, and the heating and a plentiful supply of hot water are provided by off-peak electricity.
