4 Claxton’s Yard, our holiday house, situated in the attractive town of Wells-Next-The-Sea. Located off the road in a quiet yard, and with parking spaces for up to three cars, it is only a five-minute walk from the town centre and shops, and eight minutes from the Quay.
Our Wells holiday cottage was originally built to serve as the offices of the Claxton family ’s pop-bottling business. It is now a light, airy and spacious house, providing well furnished and equipped self-catering accommodation for up to seven guests (and a baby). We provide Wi-Fi Broadband – as well as a lot of traditional games.
The house is well positioned and comfortable for a holiday at any season: convenient for the beach, the wildlife and birds of the marshes, Holkham Park and other historic houses, and the villages and small towns of rural North Norfolk.
We’ve been coming to Norfolk for years, and there always seems to be something new to see and do.
